Facilities
Genetic Jump has an area of 127 hectares (310 acres) of very flat lands with excellent soil. 120 acres are divided into 50 pastures of bermuda grasses (tifton, coast-cross and jiggs). The remaining area is used for producing hay and other animal feeds.
Facilities included three barns with a total of 44 loose boxes, 200 square feet (20 m2) each. All veterinary work takes place in a 4.300 square feet (4500 m2) barn, which houses embryo collection lab, semen collection area, veterinary lab and pharmacy, quarantine stabling and infirmary, as well as management offices.

Dr. Mário C. G. Duarte: graduated in Veterinary Medicine at UEL (Londrina State University) in 1989. Since then has been specializing in equine reproduction. Two years residence in Large Animal Surgery at UNESP (Sao Paulo State University), Botucatu campus. Works with reproduction since 1992, specializing in ultrasonography and fetal sexing.
Dra. Marilia Pastorello Duarte: graduated in Veterinary Medicine at UNESP Botucatu in 1994. Since then has been working exclusively with equine reproduction. Specialized in endoscope artificial insemination and in embryo transfer, obtaining excellent results, all published in congresses and scientific meetings.

Staff
Our team includes experienced grooms as well as stable manager and night watchman. We work with several outstanding equine professionals, such as farriers, trainers, nutritionists, and clinical veterinarians from several fields of expertise, thus assuring the best possible care to mares, foals and stallions under our responsibility.
